We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to return it for any reason, provided the item is in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank.
